I have purchased air fare and paid the deposit for the lap band surgery in Mexico with the Dr. Kuri Team. I have studied this particular team for the past 2 years.

Anyone else have any experience in Mexico lap bands?

You most definitely do need a passport at this time to get into and out of Mexico. Please make sure you have one.

If you are driving or walking across the border you do NOT need a passport until Jan. 2008. I know because I drive across 2 or 3 times a week. I even asked the border patrol officer and he assured me that not until Jan. 2008 would I need a passport to drive or walk across the border.

I LOVE discovering different things in Tijuana. I have found both Costcos, a Sam's Club and a Walmart so far. :clap2:
