7 Days remaining until the big day...so nervous. What did you guys do to calm down?

I dont know why i am so nervous. I have the lap band in October 2011 and removed because of a slip in June 2013. I am so excited...my surgery day is October 2, 2013! huuuh im so nervous

    Im not until December and I am a hot mess! Cant even inagine as it gets closer!

    The first two days I regretted everything. It sucked bad. But came home on fri...had shower today. That felt good. I'm on full liquids for 2weeks. It may sound weird but I'm not hungry and I can't really tell if I'm full. So I just stop after 4-5 bites and wait till later to finish.

    Pain now is strictly incisional. Still haven't had a bm. But truly don't think I've taken in enough to have one yet

    Glad to hear from you and everything is okay. After surgery how difficult was it to get up and walk? Have you heard from love-Delgado?

    I felt quite shakey and wanted to puke..but I'm a puker anyway. But they had an abdominal binder on me making it easier. Love delgado is doing well also. Thanks for everyone's support. Can't wait till you are all on the bench too!
