Please, if this has happened to anyone at my stage.....

Please help put my mind at rest if you can, I am 2 1/2 weeks post op...I initially lost 11 lbs, and since then nothing,,it has been 11 days and no wt loss...I mean, I expected a stall, but not after the first week....I am so depressed, I am logging every single think I eat, I just dont understand.....did this happen to anyone after just 1 week?

Maybe try drinking with a straw? If you are like me, you are used to gulping your drinks. Even if you are taking small gulps, you can still get big air and that air can cause that pain.
