I use the either Unjury or Syntrax unflavored in Vitamin Water. I've found that the syntrax seems to mix better, but the unjury has less taste. Try sample packs to see what you like before you buy any big tubs.

Thanks.unflavored to add to my Water. Cool

I would definitely add it to a flavored water. In plain water...blech. It also foams quite a bit, so I mix it, put it in the freezer until foam disappears and drink. I also add it to yogurt and Soup ( not hot soup). I saw a post awhile ago that suggested putting a scoop in a bowl every morning and adding a pinch to everything...I get an additional 10- 20 grams a day by doing this. I also add it to any sauce I make i.e. spaghetti, chili before it gets too hot in order to boost Protein content of meals.

Where can I find this unjury or syntax at?!?

I order mine through Amazon.com. Just search unflavored Protein powder in the product search. GNC also carries a lot of Protein powders.< /p>

I only use Unjury Protein Powder, I order directly from their website, I agree with deaddemmama, you should order samples fist, UNJURY has a great starter kit which I ordered before surgery and now I buy their containers all the time. I never use them on hot items because if the temperature is not right it tastes HORRIBLE. I tried the unflavored once on oatmeal, yuckkkk!,it was probably too hot, they actually send you a thermometer with the sample pack. Anyway, I use mine as Breakfast (shakes) and sometimes I'll use the strawberry sorbet mixed with lemonade as an afternoon snack. They all have 21g of Protein per scoop (unjury ones).

I only use Unjury & I buy it off their website, too. I love the strawberry in lemonade, too but I also add that one right to Water. The chocolate Splendor is great with skim milk. I'm not a fan of their vanilla as it is pretty bland. They have a chicken Soup one that I haven't tried. Their shipping is pretty fast. Good luck!

I have only used the unflavored. I divide 1/2 a scoop between what I eat all day. I am only two and a half weeks out, and this has helped me get my Protein in every day. I don't know how you would get there without a protein powder. Sorted mine off the web site.

I only use Unjury brand Protein powders. I order it directly from Unjury.com and like others mentioned I first ordered the sample pack to decide which ones I liked. I used the chicken Soup flavor after surgery during the clear liquid stage and it helped so much to get my protein in during those first few weeks. I really didn't care for the unflavored but the chocolate Splendor and Vanilla were good. But my favorite is the strawberry Sorbet mixed with Crystal Light Lemonade - so yummy and refreshing especially over ice on a hot day! I am 4 months post op and now can get all my protein from foods but I still have one strawberry lemonade "treat" every day!

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
