How long are y'all typically stalling for? Mine has been about a week now and each day I'm increasing my protein.

5 weeks out and I stalled at 2 weeks post op. The stall lasted for 2 weeks. It was very frustrating, but it did end.

I had an eight day period with no weight loss. But I don't lose every day. Typically about five days for me. But I refuse to obsess over the scale. Not worth it to me.

Thanks! I'm three weeks tomorrow therefore I have stalled almost my whole second week. I hope it Ends soon. But I know it will. Glad I'm not the only one

Thanks. I need to stop weighing everyday. It's more of a motivation to not fall back but it sucks not seeing it move everyday. I'm not devastated by no means I've almost lost 35lbs so far since liver shrink. Just didn't expect a stall for another week or two

I had anxiety before my surgery and now it seems so much worse. I am tired all day but when I comes time to.go to bed it just isn't going to happen. Any suggestions.

highest weight: 380
date of surgery weight: 376
current weight 360

No protein shakes???? Are you sure? I've never heard anyone say that before. There's no way you will get all your protein without it.

Preop weight 382 current weight 351 rny on 6/11/23

If you are on soft foods, you can get your required protein in with just foods, but I think it's going to take more than three meals a day, unless you far out and can eat more in one sitting...

My stalls have been in 3 days increments, then the scale will move for two days and then stall again, it's crazy, lol

Is anyone else having trouble eating all your protein ? I just cannot eat I am never hungry and when I do eat I can only have like 3 bites and I'm full!!

Girl I wish, I be hungry all the time, I eat all day it seems, lol...Im not complaining because I get my protein and liquids in...

I stalled my whole 2nd week as well. I seem to be a slow loser. It's hard not to get frustrated.

There are lots of us who are struggling with getting in protein. There are some ideas as you read back through the forum.

Right?!? I swear I'm always hungry!!

My weight loss seems to be the same way.

I really need to do 2 things.... walk more and stop stepping on the scale! Of course, exercise was always a problem for me before surgery, I don't know what I thought would change after surgery.
