  4. I got a lotion made by palmers. I used it during my pregnant to help prevent stretch marks. It has Shea better, elastagin, and vitamin e in it. Seems to be working great so far.
  5. I feel like I'm about to have the crying blues today also. Maybe there is something in the air.

  10. No drinking 30 minutes before a meal and 30 minutes after a meal. I struggle with this! I always feel thirsty when I eat!
  11. Anyone else feel like their pouch suddenly shrunk? I swear mine is half the size. I used to be able to eat 3oz at a time with no problems. The last few days I can only barely get 2oz. Hrm.

  17. Day of Surgery, and three weeks post surgery!
  18. Hey everyone. I feel like its been a long time that I've posted. At least a week or more. I have still followed all of your journeys during the week and I just want you to know how proud I am of each and every one of you that are persistent in your goals even after the bumps in the road!
  19. I decided screw swallowing pills. I don't care how bad they taste! Getting a pill stuck is like death! I just crush the pill and eat it like that, then follow it up with a baby spoon of Nutella. Takes the nasty taste right away.
  20. So I'm a few days behind. I've been in hiding. Aimee surgery I've been having insomnia, nightmares, high anxiety, just to name a few. About a week ago I was talking to my aunt about all these things I was feeling. She's a pharmacist. We determined that my Celexa wasn't getting absorbed correctly. Went into my regular doc and head him pull blood work. Sure enough I was only getting 5 - 10% of my meds. Starts crushing them a few days ago and taking it that way. I seem to feel a little better, I'm going back for blood work next week. I'll keep everyone posted. It may be that your meds aren't working like they used to!
  21. I'm worried. So I'm not having any major issues work food anymore. Yesterday I ate an entire lunch able. The small one with just meat, cheese, and a few crackers. But still. That's way more than 2oz? Am I broken?
  22. Anyone have insomnia and nightmares after surgery? I used to NEVER have a problem sleeping. Now it's all I can do to get to sleep and when I do I have nightmares. I've been taking Xanex to help me sleep every few days but I don't want to get addicted to them. I've tried ambian (swallowing) and melatonin (also swallowed whole) but they don't seem to help. Any tips or tricks?
  23. I love you guys!!
  24. *cries* Thank god for Xanex!
  25. Whot Whot!! The big 50!! Congrats!!
