    June Post Ops!

Hey Girl!!! I haven't been on here in quite awhile. It's good to hear from you. Sorry to hear about your separation. I can totally relate to needing to lose 20 more pounds at least! I never got down as low as most of you. I am lingering between 175-180. I feel great! I feel like I look pretty good, too. But I need to take off another 20. Life is pretty stressful for me right now as well. Husband lost his job in January. Found a new one in March. The new job is in West Virginia. So, we are in process of selling this house, buying a new one and finding a rental for my son and I for a year. He is a junior and we don't want him to switch in his senior year. I turn to easy foods these days which are not great for me. I'll take some advice from my old pals on this thread if they are still around c

I haven't been on here in forever! I had some issues with the app and got frustrated. It was fun this morning to see familiar names. It appears you are all doing very well. So glad! I have seriously stalled, but I think I am okay with that because I feel great! I'm training for the Disney princess half marathon in February. I also have a Fitbit. Feel free to add me.

Surgery scheduled for tomorrow morning! Love that my surgeon would rather give up his Saturday morning than make me wait in pain for a week!

    June Post Ops!

Hi everyone! I haven't been on in quite some time. I have been extremely busy with my sons marching band and I started a new preschool teaching job. Today, I had the most intense pain! I could barely breathe when the sharp pains would come. My dr is thinking gallbladder. On my way to hospital for tests. Thank God the pain has subsided for now.

    June Post Ops!

Well, I haven't had much time this summer to check this site, but I still think about all of you often. I, too, am more hungry now and find I'm snacking too much. I'll try to make my post quick as I catch you all up on my life. I live in Raleigh, NC. we started here 23 years ago. We lived here 9 years, then St. Louis for 2 years, Oneonta, NY for 2 years, back to St. Louis for 4 years and now we are going on 4 years here in Raleigh again. Are you totally confused?! Lol My oldest son went to Chile in July to study abroad for a year. I am considering flying to Peru in December to travel a little with him. I am beginning a new preschool teaching job. And I am the volunteer coordinator for my youngest sons marching band. It's going to be a busy year. So thankful I'm 85 pounds lighter to be able to handle it all! Hugs to all!

So sorry! Thanks for the warning. So, my question is what do they do to help this pain?

RJ- I don't have any tricks to fight the head hunger. I deal with it as well. I'm still trying to lose, but once again I play with 4 pounds up and down. Grrr! I am rooting for you!

Carol, you can do a 5k! It is so gratifying to go across the finish line. I do not run the entire time. I do more of a walk/run. I basically start walking and then look ahead and say to myself "you can run to that mailbox (or whatever)" then, I always try to push just a little further.

I think the fear of the mileage and the fear if not being able to complete it. If you don't keep a 16 minute pace the cart picks you up. Yikes!
