I finally have a date. It looks like I won't be with the April dates. I will go on June 4th. Seems like a long time away, but I am sure it will fly by.

I finally spoke with the insurance company and it appears that my doctor's office put down the wrong hospital for me to have surgery. He operated at two in the area and one is not a "UNCH Hospital of Excellence", so they made a call and changed it on Friday. She hopes that I will have an answer within a day or two. I am thinking I might not be able to have my surgery until May.

I am still waiting on the insurance. I really wish I would hurry up and find out!

I found that to be the case the first time I called. My program had changed in the new year and I had to back track to do a couple of extra things. I think I will find the number and call today. Thanks for the encouragement! I am so excited to go forward and start the new me!

I am sitting on pins and needles just staring at the phone at times wishing it would ring and I would have an answer from the insurance company! I am so ready to have a date! Did anyone call to see where the insurance company was in the process? Is it worth it? Will it move them along quicker?

Do all doctors require a pre-op diet? Mine has not mentioned it to me as of yet?
