Pinched nerve not allowing me to exercise!

I had been doing sooo well on my recumbant bike. I was up to 17 minutes averaging about 3 miles. Now I've got a bulging disc that has pinched my sciatic nerve and my whole right leg is pretty much useless!!! AARR!! I can't sleep, hurts to sit, hurts to stand, can't ride my bike. But I am still doing my upper weight exercises.

And on a positive note, I found a recliner!!!

I hear you. I'm due for another epidural like now! Now i can't take steroids or Advil my nerves are killing me. Two of my fussions are starting to budge but i will press on. By the end of may i will be doing therapy in the pool and on land.
