Went to my doctors appointment today. I am 2 1/2 months out and down 50 lbs. woot woot! I don't weigh at home cause the scale stresses me out so it was a really cool surprise today.

So.. am I the only one in this April group who doesn't feel hungry or full still?

I know everyone is different and takes awhile for nerves to come back but Im not hungry ever, or EVER ever feel a slight fullness. I still measure and eat when Im suppose to since I dont have any feeling down there..

Anybody with me? Kinda scares me. ;)

I only feel the need for food if I skip a meal...then I feel just weird. I definitely feel full, though. It's not like before, though. It took me about five weeks to tune into when my pouch was satisfied.

I never feel hungry either. At least I don't think I do?? Sometimes have weird sensation that could be hunger. I am not used to all the changes yet. I do however get the full feeling. I always have a burp that starts to rumble up my chest and that is my sign to stop eating. I have heard some people get a runny nose when they are full. Anyone??

I have had the runny nose while eating a few times but not often. I do get a runny nose when I go #2 though. Every time too.. I have no idea how that works.

I never feel hungry and still don't know what full feels like. I measure and never go over three ounces.

I don't feel hungry per se but at times I do get a kinda weird feeling I can only describe as "hollow" I can't always tell when I'm full. I've had more trouble when I'm out and about and can't monitor how much food. I usually don't know I'm full until I have discomfort. If I go past that I'm in pain

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
