Blah' date=' has anyone felt full and bloated for HOURS after eating? I'm worried something is stuck but Water is going down. I don't know. What do we do for that?[/quote']

There are some times that I do feel full and bloated after eating... Usually when I feel like that I use my incentive spirometer that they have me for clearing my lungs and that helps me feel better. I don't know how bad it is for you and if this would work.. But that is what works for me.

I've almost lost all the extra weight I put on in the hospital--it was about 8 pounds. It's not as exciting to lose those pounds. It feels like they don't count.

I say every pound counts!!! That keeps me positive! Losing is losing!

Has anyone else had issues with sleeping? Ever since surgery I'm waking up in the middle of the night.

HW 296 - SW 266.3 (4/1/13) - CW 255.5

I wake up several times in the middle of the night. I usually get out of bed and go to the bathroom at that point! LOL! I miss sleeping all through the night!

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
