Haha got a little excited i guess! Just feeling a little overwhelmed right now? I have everything in place like vitamins, protein, and water.... But where to start?? What did you concentrate on first?

Sip and walk... Rest repeat!! Welcome to the losers bench

Relax. Take your pain meds. Walk as much as you can without over doing it. If you sleep more than you would like forgive yourself. I had no energy for a couple weeks. Even a shower took all my energy. Just focus on water, walking, and resting.

Thanks everyone! They just told me sip, walk, and walk more. Since I had a transfusion they are more worried about clots. Just wanted to see if I should be so worried about protein at this point? I'm totally getting water in!
