Starting to go back to the gym

Going back to the gym and do the bike and treadmill going to talk to the trainer

Also time to get the tan going makes me feel better

And drink my water which is hard to do and with working out how much more Calories to eat so I do t pass out during exercise

G2 Low Cal helps with energy for the gym. Also, some people split a protein shake on either side of the workout.

I work out daily and my calories have not changed much. I have never felt faint at the gym and I am bad about protein and water but find the gym makes you suck down the.water!!!
