Crazy ways not to over eat

My surgery is set for March 15th and while walking through a second hand shop I saw achildren's tea set that I wanted for my granddaughter. I bought it and had to return to buy my own set since we ( grand daughter and I) plan on me using them after my surgery. The additional glasses are some I found around the house that hold 2 ounces or less. I am determined to succeed.

Thank you everyone. It will work for all stages except 2. My sister in law had the surgery 1.5 years ago and is now beginning to put the weight back on and I've noticed she never got her portion sizes right to begin with. I am not letting that happen. This helps me and my husband learn using multiple plates but we cant over feed me.
