  1. Yes I was wondering how you felt after eating that. Omg pain call the doctor relief is on the way.
  2. I take a one pill a day multi-vit after eating it is nasty but worth it....B-12 in the morning and D3 sometime through out the day. I did use biotin for a while but no iron.

  7. I am losing very slow too, but I have not been exercise regularly like I should. I am to tried when I get home from my 10 hr shift (I know it is just a excuse).
