i have pain in my arms...post op nov 19, 21012

Hello everyone,

I have been havinf a lot of pain in my arms, while I sleep. The pain wakes me during sleep and goea away during the day. I'm getting a little worried since I was told yesterdaythat I have lost a lot of muscle weight because I'm not getting enough protein. Has this happened to anyone? I dont know if this is the cause, but I'm having to sleep on my back because it hurts bad! :(
