Hello everyone, I have been havinf a lot of pain in my arms, while I sleep. The pain wakes me during sleep and goea away during the day. I'm getting a little worried since I was told yesterdaythat I have lost a lot of muscle weight because I'm not getting enough protein. Has this happened to anyone? I dont know if this is the cause, but I'm having to sleep on my back because it hurts bad! -

I had lots of dischars I would say the first 2-3 weeks! It will caml down your body is just in shock...

I'm new to this but I'm going to be 4 weeks post-op tomorrow Monday! This journey has definitely been a big change! Anybody have good recipes they can share? Any suggestions on healthy drinks besides Water and crystal lights? There gettibg old Thanks, Stephanie

Awesome, I will check it out! How are you feeling are you eating normal foods? Breakfast is one of my worse meals it seems like I can only have a small piece of cheese and some hot (sugar free nestle chocolate), how about you any troubles or complications are uou working out yet? Hello I'm new to the group but after my surgery within the 1st week and 2 days I lost 13lbs!! I will be 4 weeks post op tomorrow!
