douchewafflebear 160 Posted February 19, 2013 I’m pre-op and I’m so a virgin at all of this...but thought I’d try my 1/4 of fage 0 with some nectar Protein Powder - BOYAH!!!! 6g Protein from the 2oz of 0% fage 23g protein from Nectar - I used strawberry mousse I’m pre-op so humor me - but I think I can do this and be happy with that!!!
