Fage 0% recipe

I’m pre-op and I’m so a virgin at all of this...but

thought I’d try my 1/4 of fage 0 with some nectar Protein powder -

BOYAH!!!!

6g protein from the 2oz of 0% fage

23g protein from Nectar - I used strawberry mousse

I’m pre-op so humor me - but I think I can do this and be happy with that!!!

I’ll remember to go back to this when I’m on the bench with all of you and perhaps kick myself.

I mix a teaspoon of sugar free pudding mix in 4oz of fage and then add frozen fruit it is very yummy!!

Greek yogurt - they sell a fage 0% I get at costco - cheaper than anywhere else and it’s my go to yogurt
