I lived off of cauliflower mixed with canned chicken, mushrooms, and light sour cream when I was in the soft food stage. Made some for lunch today and it made my tummy unhappy. Weird.

No pain to speak of ' date='it just so weird ,I'm calling the Dr . We shall see.[/quote']

Could it just be the insides healing? My incisions periodically itch or hurt, but the hurt is inside - more like twinges of pain that pass quickly. I just figured it for the healing process.

I used a whole wheat tortilla. I only put about 2 tablespoons (if that) of pizza sauce (I like to use the squeeze bottle because I don't use much at a time) then I put mozzarella and a little fresh Parmesan, a little pineapple and couple tablespoons ham. I did it quick and put it right in the oven at 400 for about 10 minutes. That prevents the tortilla from getting soggy and it crisps up nice. You could use any toppings you like really. On Eggface's blog she has some super creative ones.

I couldn't eat the whole thing cause I'm only 7 weeks post op but I knew that individually I could handle those ingredients and it worked :)

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
