You're going to love it! I love egg beaters! Never understood pureed. We puree it in our mouth when we chew it down to nothing. I applaud you Pubulz for being this far out and still doing pureed foods!!! That's some will power girl!!!

I second that! You totally got this Pebulz! If you can follow that diet like you do you can do anything :)

Vanna' date=' how long do you have to stay at 2 oz?....Tomorrow, i'm going to really try to just do 2 oz each meal to try to get in the losing mode again.[/quote']

My nut said no more than half cup of food, but never said ozs. This is confusing to me. I'm gonna call her and see how many ozs I should be eating. I have been eating crackers with cheese the last few days. Sits well, and I love it!

I'll start 3 ozs then. I think that seems like the normal.

I asked the question on another thread and someone (can't remember her name) said that you measure liquids and weigh solids. Makes perfect since to me and that's what i'm starting to do.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
