Chug and Run tomorrow - how did you mix your Colyte?

I know this is the topic no one likes-but I'm about to mix my Colyte and I have to ask...

did any of you mix your Colyte with anything other than Water? The instructions say water, but my husband used apple juice. I thought the nurse said juice, but maybe that was me wishing upon a star?....

Please share, oh-and any last minute advice for tomorrow or surgery would be great.

Thanks, I appreciate any and all feedback. The support on here is beyond anything I ever dreamed of!!!

The only thing I can suggest is don't over pack. Chapstick and phone and charger is only must. Where something comfortable and stretchy too hospital and where same thing home. While at hospital use the pain meds and stay ahead of the pain. Don't wait till your miserable to ask for more. And sip your 1-2 ounces every 15 minutes and try to walk as much as you can

thank you, every little bit helps!

Good luck today! I agree. I had sweatpants that came up under my boobs. My incisions were mostly on my waist. Still fighting with one. The hospital had most of what I needed. I just packed clean undies, charger, Chapstick and slippers with a no slip sole.

wishing you the very best today. Sending prayers your way.

Thank you Vicki! In the car on my way, hubby's driving and I'm distracting myself. :) need to change the radio though-country is NOT what I should be listening to preop, way too emotional, lol.
