What size did you start out at and what are you now and what do you hope to be?

I started out at a 20. I can fit an 8/10 and I aspire to be a zero. Dos 9/25/12

Started around a 24 at 276lbs and am around a 14 now at 164lbs. Would love to just be in single digits. Size 6 or 8 sounds insanely fabulous but idk where my body will end up. I want to be 135lbs

I have been around 22/24, starting weight was 293, im at 284.5, still in a 22, my surgery is 1/9/2013, and the thought of being able to lose 100 in 6 months or so, I just cant grasp!! I dont want to be super skinny, I only want to be able to shop comfirtably... anywhere from a 10-14 would make me happy.

I started off at 24, I can wear a size 20 I think if I got rid of the extra roll in front I could get into size 18 or 16...

Started out at 26/28 now down to 18/20. Surgery date was 12-4. Goal size would be 8/10. You can buy some pretty sexy lingerie at that size... He he

I started in a 20/22 and I am in a 14 right now, but they are getting loose. I would be happy in a 12 or 10. Actually I am very happy in a 14. Never thought I would see that size again. My short size is a medium or large. I am fitting into my hubby's shirts which was something I never would have thought was possible.

My goal is to be able to buy cute bra and panties sets. I bought really cute panties last night, but my boobs are still too big for the matching bra.

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
