  2. I just started drinking tea, which has helped me. I went to Teavana and bought their chai tea. I add Splenda to it. It's so yummy. I look forward to it every afternoon.
  3. I want to learn more about this. I'm now almost at the maintenance stage and want to make sure I keep it off. Have you found any websites or articles about this topic?

  5. I tried the Passion Fruit. They taste good at first but then there's an after taste for about 2 hrs.
  6. I liked the Fage Greek yogurt from walmart with some protein powder in it.
  7. Can anyone recommend a good iron supplement that doesn't give you that nasty after taste? I tried the Bariatric Advantage...nasty. Tasted like battery acid. Tried Nature's Bounty (the ones you swallow)...nasty. They made my stomach hurt and gave me terrible gas. Any suggestions?

  9. Don't bother ordering the 16. Order the 10. Then you can have it altered to be smaller. :-)

  12. I was in this same situation and my starting weight was about the same as yours. You're going to lose close to 100 lbs in 8 months. I'm 6 months out and have lost 80. It's hard to imagine, but it's going to happen for you.
  13. It's sad that people say all this stupid stuff. I didn't realize how overweight people get treated differently. I have lost 80 lbs and it pisses me off how strangers are so much friendlier to me. They make eye contact too. Kind of off-topic but I was looking for a place to vent.
  14. I started taking my iron pills regularly and am not so cold anymore.

  20. Sashimi was great when I was a month and a half out. It's still great. Goes down no problem and has so much protein.
  21. Here's one for you..."I'd have that surgery but I want the satisfaction of knowing I lost the weight on my own." Obviously this person is still overweight.
  22. Greek yogurt with vanilla protein powder. Yum.

  24. sugar-free Popsicles were a lifesaver for me.
  25. This happened to me about 5 weeks out. I was stuck for two weeks. It made me an emotional wreck. I finally called the nurse and my dr office. Then, almost immediately, I started losing again. I promise it will happen.
