Buy a case of "hotties" they are great for cold hands & feet ... And get used to it because you are going to be cold for a long long time to come!

I have no idea why this is happening. I get so cold like ice it is horrible.

Make sure you are getting your iron in. That can cause coldness too.

Yes, I stay cold.. Even chattering teeth cold.

I'm always freezing. Al-ways. I just have a jacket in the car constantly due to it. Drink hot herbal tea to stay warm internally and it helps get Fluid in. Starbucks has an awesome calm (camomile) tea ;]

I am much colder than befoe surgery. Where a robe all day. And If I go out and get cold, wow takes forever to get warm again. It is like you are cold all the way to your bones. If my incisions were all healed I would sit in a warm bath. But that will have to wait for a little longer. And you just know when you take a warm shower you are going to be freezing before you get dressed.

I am cold all the time - I now wear sweaters inside my home which I never did before. I assume it is because of the weight loss.

I'm also very cold. I was cold before now extremely. Doc says low iron....

I have stayed cold post op. I went back to work yesterday and the heat in my classroom is not working. I was freezing all day... With my coat on. Today I will wear hat, gloves, and scarf in case it is still broken!
