My doctor told me my body is holding on to the fat because I'm not getting enough calories and my body thinks I'm starving. So I'm going up from 300 to 700 calories a day. But I'm finding it difficult. I don't know what I should eat. I've increased my calories but the weight is not coming off. I need to be sure everything I eat is healthy. I drink 2 premeir protein shakes a day. Then maybe a slice raisin bread in the morning. And at night to meet my calorie requirement I've been eating cup I noodles, tacos, and chimmicungas. I know they arnt good foods but I meet my protein and calorie requirements. So I'm thinking I need to measure the fat calories in foods. How many fat calories are healthy?
