Just had my 4 month check up. Doc says doing good. I'm in a bit if a stall but I know it is because I've been snacking more than I should and have gotten a little cocky. So I am back to measuring again. Not going to get into bad habits again. Glad to see my November peeps doing well. Worm you are my hero!! You look amazing.

Rissa, I am only down about 54 since surgery on 11/19. So we are close since I have been slowing down. Dr. says about 2-2.5 pounds per week is about normal but that includes averaging in the big drop the first month.

EeyoreGirl, Thanks but my snacking has creeped up too. I hate the fact my Dr. told me to be around 900 calories. It was like giving me a license to eat. But I refuse!

Thank goodness I'm not the only one. I'm losing hair in bunches! And I seriously look as if I now have a old mans balls hanging from my chest! I can't even begin to right the right bra. A boob job will be in order!

Just spit my drink everywhere! Thankfully it was Water. I never thought I'd consider getting boobs but the gals may need some renovation when I finish losing. I want to go to a store like Soma to get a pro to help figure out bra size but I don't want fork out big bucks for a bra I may wear for only a month or two.

So I have new before and after pics to share! I am down from a 44 bra to a 37! But so far the girls are holding it together I have gone from a D to a C. My hair is falling out...a LOT! But I am just pretending that it looks like more than it is and since I still have some on my head it goes in a ponytail :) I have had a lot of stress this month so I am needing to go back to the gym. So far I am down 72 lbs! Feel good (now that I am over pnuemonia). Just watching what I eat while I couldn't work out. Trying to drink more fluids. Hope everyone is doing well!

Anyone else have a pouch that is picky about the time you eat? The last couple of days have been hectic and I've been eating supper later then I like to... then about dying after... its not that I'm eating anything I shouldn't or haven't tried yet so the only thing I've been able to narrow it down to is that its a couple hours later then I would normally eat... thank God for papaya enzyme... they do help!

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

So proud of you Cat. Getting into those smaller size clothes is half the fun isn't it?. Keep up the good work!!!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
