Anybody get lightheaded? This just started a week ago. Usually happens once a day at least. Thought it was no big deal at first but now that it keeps happening I am curious as to why.

Not lightheaded but, lately I've had a constant headache even when I sleep... I've been wondering what's happening, is this normal? I haven't taken anything for it just hoping it'll go away on its own:(

But it's 37 lbs you wouldn't have been down otherwise! The stall will break...I just came out of a 2 week one. It sucked. I changed up my calories for a few days and it finally worked. Take care of yourself and don't hurt yourself worse.

I know it sounds counter-intuitive, but adding calories really helps. it kicks your body out of starvation mode where your body is desperately holding on to every calorie and gram of fat. more shakes worked for me cos I can fit more in.

my surgeon told me yesterday that I'm half way there with the weightloss... which kinda freaks me out. Halfway there ALREADY??? does this mean it will go at a snail pace for the next 2 years?

I am only down about 37-38 as well since surgery. I am only losing 2 pounds per week now. I am happy with that but I am also getting really depressed. I didn't lose much less without the surgery. I hope to heaven I am not at the half way mark. I will take a bridge.

Lisa, Hope you feel better!

This last week just threw me off..feel like im a week out from surgery again..jars to get up and down from laying position..the pain is up high under my breast in the rib area...when it happened I felt something pop...i really don't think it's muscle..i know what that feels like...i was worried I did damage to the surgery...do you think it could be a hernia? It hurts just to hiccup

Sky. Oh man. Didn't realize it was that bad. I don't think you hurt your surgery. Sounds muscle. Hugs!

Lol. My husband was in the mood for Mexican and I was in the mood not to go to the store lol.

Preheat oven to 375 and spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.

6 turkey Breakfast sausage links, chopped

2/3 of a large red pepper, chopped

1 medium yellow onion, chopped

1 poblano, oven roasted, skinned, deseeded and chopped

1/4 cup pico de gallo

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp garlic powder

10 medium eggs

1/4 cup fat free half n half

1 1/4 cup reduced fat sharp cheddar

Salt and fresh pepper

Heat a skillet over medium high heat and spray with cooking spray. Sauté sausage and spices til done. Add peppers, pico and onion. Sauté until soft. Layer in bottom of 9x13 pan. In a bowl beat eggs, half and half and salt and pepper. Pour over eggs and add 1 cup of cheese. Fold together. Bake for 25 minutes. Sprinkle the top with 1/4 cup cheese while cooling. I topped mine with a bit of spicy salsa, a couple pieces of avocado and a dollop of nonfat plain Greek yogurt. It was so good!

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
