Just had surgery Friday and now have diarrhea

Help what can I take for diarrhea??? I just had surgery and still on clear liquids, now suddenly today I got diarrhea....Pls help....

It will go away. Look at it as a good sign, all things are working. Just be sure to get in all of your liquids, and the diahrrea won't be a big problem, since it will go away around day 5.

Yep, been there, done that. It was just like misery on top of misery! Hang in there, you'll be feeling normal in no time!!

Yes, give up the juice and gatorade pronto! I also stopped drinking milk and Maalox (because of the magnesium). My diarrhea let up around day 5 or 6. Don't be surprised when it turns into constipation!
