Help....last Few Days Food

keeps getting stuck and won't go down. I normally have no choice but to vomit to get it out. Anyone else?

Ive been having this too the last few days. I am trying to remember to slow down when I eat.

If that's happening it can be a few things.

Make sure you are chewing and chewing well. Chew it down to mush and make sure it's moist before swallowing.

Some foods won't agree with you...is it the same one giving issues?

If you take one bite more than your stomach can hold....up it will come. Eat slowly, and wait a few minutes between bites. Your pouch needs time to know something is in there.

If you're doing all of the above and it's still happening...best to call your doctor to make sure there isn't a stricture forming. Hope you feel better soon!
