I really haven't stuck to a routine. I know what I have to get Protein wise and just try to get it in. I have been sick so much the past couple months with only about 2 weeks where I kind of ate. I love Kroger's low fat crackers. I will get a can of tuna and tablespoon of mayo and 5 crackers and have that for lunch or dinner. I sometimes eat a dannon lite and fit Greek yogurt blueberry or strawberry for Breakfast or snack. I use to love cream of chicken Soup but since gallbladder surgery last week the smell kills me. I am more or less starting at the beginning again as I was in Clear Liquids while i was in the hospital and placed back on full liquids now till I see the surgeon on Wednesday. I was originally placed on regular foods at 6 weeks post op.

Hello October buddies. My surgery was oct 9th. My heaviest ever was 308

My surgery weight was 262

Today's weight is 210!

I worry I am not doing well or it is coming off to slow :( I am happier than ever. I feel so much better physically. I just wish I had more support in my real life. If I hear one more time. "Is that all you are going to eat" I might cry.

mullberry, I think we are all worried about the same things but if we look at it we are all losing about at the same pace. I just wish I could exercise like I am suppose to as I believe this is why I am not losing more but its physically impossible right now until I recover from all these procedures I have had since surgery. so far I haven't heard any comments I just get the baking chocolate cakes and eating chips and candy in front if me. even though I didn't eat it prior to surgery that much but when your main meal is a cracker and tuna ...

I don't get the food comments either--only thing is when we eat w my mom, she constantly asks me if I'm feeling sick! Lol I tolerate most any foods--haven't thrown up any but have had couple spells of nausea or dumping. I feel like I've been really lucky.

I have to say I am doinv great! DOS 10/3/12 220 down to 169 i can wear a size 12 sometimes 10. I feel great. I shop a lot LOL! But only low prices. I am hoping to get down to an 8. I never thought I would feel this way about myself. A guy at work says I even walk differently. My husband can't keep his hands off me. Exercise is my friend now. But best of all I can wear skinny jeans and my boots zip all the way up.

I think you may get smaller then an 8!! Your doing awesome!! I have a lot more to lose but I do need to go shopping. I need shirts and bras mainly. I have 3 pairs of jeans. A size 18 that fits but is a little loose a size 16 same design and brand as the 18's that fit perfect and a size 14 that fit but is a little snug

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

So proud of you Cat. Getting into those smaller size clothes is half the fun isn't it?. Keep up the good work!!!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?
