  6. Today I made it under the 200 lb mark!! I'm 64 lbs down just over three months out! I walked into the gym today an the owner didn't recognize me at first! He was so pleased to see my progress!! Everyday I am happy I did this! I feel alive. I feel as I have gotten smaller my world is getting bigger!!
  7. Ok I'm with you on disliking protein shakes. What i have found to get my protein is Isopure clear per mixed and also fit frappe by big train. You can make it hot cold or blended with ice! Favorite!! I don't like the foamy texture. I'm a little three months out and 64 lbs down! Good luck!
  8. I was a 46 J now I am a 38 DD. and I am only 3 mints out! I tony want to lose more but nothing I can control.
  9. I had surgery on a Tuesday in October left hosptial on Thursday. I went to work just under two weeks (Monday instead of Tuesday) the biggest thing I found was I felt ok but I needed to nap the third week everyday. So be careful listen to your body because this surgery is about you and your health!
  10. You should try fit frappe from big train. Tons of flavors taste good high protein and you can drink them got cold or blended with ice.
  11. Stick with it friend. Just like everyone has said this is a tool. The most freeing thing for me has been allowing myself to be human. I am three months out. I weigh myself once a week. I have had stalls. They have freaked me out but then I realize this weight did not come overnight. I did this for me and allowing myself to be human and enjoying the process is great. Life is so much better. Hang in there!
  12. This is a new depressed feeling. I really thought I had depressed on lock down. I suppose you could be right. But the feeling is more frustrate and lost. Misunderstood. Once I'm cleared to start running again next week. I look forward to it. Perhaps that will help. I feel like I have lost friends as thy have been jealous of my weight loss. But it comes with a price a huge price and I need to find my new way.
  13. Ok so I had surgery in October and I feel great and am looking good in the outside. I have struggled with kidney stones and have had them blasted work is super stressful. No need going into the boring details. But I can't eat. No food is good to eat anymore. I accidentally skipped breakfast so irrated all day. I usually knit but I can't seem to find comfort in that. My friends and family don't understand what I'm going through. Feel lost. In need of something. What? I have no idea anyone
  14. Hello October buddies. My surgery was oct 9th. My heaviest ever was 308 My surgery weight was 262 Today's weight is 210! I worry I am not doing well or it is coming off to slow I am happier than ever. I feel so much better physically. I just wish I had more support in my real life. If I hear one more time. "Is that all you are going to eat" I might cry.
  15. I struggled with the thought of having to cook for my three boys. 14 and twin 12 year olds. Being a single mom i worried. But I had my surgery 10/9/12 and it was tough but just just make a lot of fish and foods I can eat. Some days I wish I had a husband to help but I'm happier without him.
  16. I would love to be added Hallie.payne@gmail.com
