Ugh Need Advise And Encouragement

I am struggling so much right now. I am at a stall on the scales, but it seems like my clothes are still getting looser. I am waking up with headaches every morning and having a rough time getting rid of them. I had to stay home twice this week as they were migraines. Finally I am soooooo tired. I am close to falling asleep while driving and it is hard to concentrate during work. This week I have thrown up several times and the diahrea is not fun. Just getting over a bladder infection ( my third since the surgery)

Answer to most questions

Surgery date June 5 2012

Lost 63

Play soccer 3 times a week

Water intake about 64 - 80 oz a day

Protein intake 50- 60 a day

Have stopped multi vitiman because it makes me throw up.

The slightest bump and I bruise - worried people are going to start thinking my hubby is beating me.

If this was not enough it is the hormonal time of the month ( hystorectomy in 09)

I am also starting to eat things that I know I should not

See my surgeon on Monday for 4 month post op.

Like I said I need ideas and encouragement!

I think this got posted twice. I answered on your other posting.

First of all great job!!! Ur making great progress????. Maybe ur getting sick or have some type of bug. As far a the no-no, i think ur fustration with what is wrong is making u lose focus. I think when u got to ur appr ur doctor will have some ideas. I hope this helps a little and i hope u get to feeling better soon.

Seems like you're doing great getting your water in and protein. I would suggest getting a blood test and see how everything is working out. I heard getting one every three months us a good idea. Especially if your bruising easily.
