Tummy Tucks Insurance Approval?

Hi i was wondering if anyone has been approved through medicaid for excess skin removal or tummy tuck after surgery?

I was told that too. If u get rashes or sores in the folds of your stomach it could cause infections. You have to have them thoroughly documented though. I'm sure it would need to be more than 1 or 2 incidents.

Also fixing a hernia afterwards they do a tummy tuck and insurance covers it

Interesting :) i wish my insurance would cover. At least arm lift. It's cheaper then the WLS they already paid for.

Yes u just have to go through a 3-12 month diet and they approve or deny

RNY is covered by Medicaid in New Jersey as well.

I dont have state insurance but i am 4 months out and having issues with rashes under my fold and insurance will pay for a tummy tuck once i am a year out. I just have to call my doctor every time it gets red so they can document it.
