Advice To Give People Who Are About To Have Gastric Surgery

What advice would you give to someone who is gonna have the surgery in 2 weeks? Would you have done something that you didn't? What did you do that helped you?

I sip Water all day

I don't snack

I measure what goes on my plate

I started taking Vitamins

I exercise

I gave up pop but do have a few sips if I get a headache(because of the sugar withdrawl)

Make sure your house is ready. Meaning you have water, protein powder or already made protein shakes available. Also the first week you can have Popsicles and jello so buy some of those. It helped having everything I need because you don't want to start off unprepared.
