I know my dr told me you could crush them up in small bits of food or a bit of Protein Shake.< /p>

Its VERY important to get ALL your vitimans in daily, you don't want to loose your hair, or be malnurished (sp?).

My advice is to go out and buy tasty Gummy Vitamins like I did, vitafusion is a good brand. What I do is take all Vitamins in the morning (except for the other 1/2 of Calcium I take at night) and how I get through it every morning is I chew up my first gummy, then pop 1/2 the pills in there before I swallow so it's easier to get them down and then repeat the process. So I get all my pills down in like 30 seconds because they're mixed in with the tasty gummy. What I take:

I am constantly forgetting to take my Calcium. Not sure if everyone is aware but you should not be taking your Iron and calcium at the same time because they compete for absorption.

I was told take them at least one hour apart and that's my down fall. I take my multi and iron first thing. Then "plan" on my calcium an hour later. I stick it in my pocket, go to work and come home at the end of the day, take off my uniform and there it is in in my pocket still! I'll take it then and then forget to take my second multi an hour later!!!! Ugh!

I have to do Gummies! They may not be the best brand or type to take but it is better than taking nothing!! I can't even stomach the other stuff.

I set daily alarms on my phone for times I need to take my Vitamins, and I have a travel case that I can just throw in my purse every day for these middle-of-the-day ones. Works great!

I hate Vitamins and the after taste also. Before I use to throw up after working out and taking them. My dr said absolutely no to the dummies because of the malnutrition. :-(.

Today was my first day on the four I have to take. And all total it took around 3 hrs to take them Burping and the after taste was horrible.

My nutritionist says no to Gummy Vitamins because they don't have as many Vitamins in them as the others. There are a lot of nutrients missing or are lower in the dose.

I take daily 2 flintstones Multi Vitamins, B12 subliguil, D3 and Calcium. I'm having a hard time getting the Calcium in though because of the wait. If I could take it in the morning with the others I'd remember but, I have to take 600 a few hours later and then another 600 2+ hours after that. I keep forgetting though.

Whoa where did you find calcium citrate gummies? I had a hell of a time just finding pills that weren't Calcium carbonate

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
