First Food Day Fail

So Im able to eat anything now (but red meat and bread, pasta, & tortilla) I ate chicken for dinner and I obviously didn't chew enough I threw it up it took 3 up chucks to get the 3 pieces up. It wasn't as bad as I thought to get the food out, but now I'm scared! I called it quits and am having soup for dinner.... Safe!

Failed first day.

Maybe I was just to excited to eat food/chew! :(

I still have trouble with chicken, I'm pretty much done getting sick though I'm almost 6 months out. I don't do red meat either

6months out and you still have trouble? :( I told my mom too and she said chicken is hard for her too she only eats shredded chicken. I must have been all for eating something different!

I think certain things just effect people differently. I eat chicken salad and chicken spread but chicken breast seems to rough on my stomach
