My Crazy Irrational Fear....

When I weighed myself the other day and saw I had a 69 lb loss to date....I just stood there really still and quiet for several minutes....I kept waiting on the scale to tell me it was joking and look back down and see my starting weight again!!!! My head has not caught up with ny body yet.

    I remember when once I looked at the scale and saw the last two numbers backwards because my mind could wrap around the new numbers I was seeing. What a ride we are on!!
