Probably just broths and liquids for the first couple of weeks. Didn't they give you any instructions?

Protein powder, skim milk, broth, sf jello, sf popsicles, crystal light, mio, liquid vitamins, calciym citrate with vitamin d, for full liquids depending on ur surgeon u can buy sf puddings, cream soups, refried beans.

Not a food but don't forget the stool softeners!!!!!

I had a sleeve done last year too and I am having it converted to a bypass because of a stricture as well...From what my surgeon says, the after surgery diets are similar. just gotta really watch the sugar and fat contents.

Ask your surgeon though because they all have different time frames for diet progression.

Best of luck on your surgery!
