My Fitness Pal Question

The only thing I have been focusing on in my fitness pal has been my protein intake. Then I notice my sugars. What should that number for sugars be for the day and what else should I be watching? I normally hit around 800 calories a day and around 90 grams of protein. I had surgery 02/21/12 and have lost 105 lbs

First off, way to go!!!! I used to do MFP but when it kept yelling at me for not intaking 1200 cal a day I quit. According to my doc everything you put in your body should be under 10 grams of sugar and under 10 grams of fat per serving. Depending on your height your protein should be between 60-75 grams a day. any more and you can have kidney issues. But you are doing soo amazing!
