I ended up picking the wrong pic as my profile pic on here and no matter what I do every time I try to change the picture it refuses, is anyone else having this issue? It's driving me crazy

I was having the same issuse but I just had to log out log back in on the actually website because I was using my app hope this helps

Happens to me with the ticker as well. I think there is a delay for it to update.

Do you know if the profile picture you're trying to change to is the correct size? That could be it as well.
