Post Pregnancy Bandsters ~

Hello Post Pregnancy Bandsters. I have a question for those who just had a baby while banded. How soon after the blessid arrivals were you able to get an adjustment. And how hard was it to get back in the groove of the lap band frame mind. Thank you all.

I would think 6 weeks probably. I didn't get one until 6 months after and I was loose when I got pregnant. This was a mistake! Don't wait too long.

thanks for your response. I won't wait too long. I do want to get back on track

Okay- I have been banded 3 years this past October. I have lost all but 25 pounds of my weight I wanted to lose..

My husband and I are going to try to have another baby. I'm 35 and my clock is tick tick ticking..LOL

I have so many questions about how my band will hold up..

It has been 2 years this past December since my last fill and I still have an awesome fill and wonder do I get the fill removed while I'm pregnate?

If I DO NOT what will happen? If I do will I gain everything back?

What about my port?- I can really feel the location of my port with each pound I lose.. In fact if I wear a tight fitting part of jeans when I take them off you can see the ring(port)

How much weight did you put on?

Did you have a C-section or natural?

I really want to have another child. My husband got fixed back in 97 after the birth of our son and this past SEptember got it reversed.. My husband is in Iraq right now but will be home on 2 weeks R&r in march and we will be working on it:}

I just want to make sure I will be doing the right thing for my body and have a healthy baby!!

Thanks
