Getting Released From The Hospital Tomorrow

I had surgery Monday liquids are going down better my pain is getting better But still hurts very much i have been walking a lot but still tired can't wait to sleep in my own bed and have lots of gas

Good luck sweetie. I had surgery 1 week 2 days ago and it was nice to get home. Gas still took me awhile and am having trouble with fluids. I hope you do well. Don't force yourself to do much.

I think this is true cause you don't have nurses bothering every second of the day you can actually rest and be comfortable how long did it take the swelling to go down that's my biggest issue now

Thanks yea the gas is a pain are you still swollen and it takes me forever to drink liquids I try to force myself

My gas was horrible even though I was walking a ton! I had gas so bad it was making me very sick to my stomach I was on phenergan, zofran and a nausea patch behind my ear and was still feeling bad! But I have heard others had it a lot easier than me!
