  4. 42 pounds down I'm now 228 three weeks post op I finally came up with a goal weight which was hard for me because I didn't want to over due it but I think 155 will be my goal so that's what I'm working for and I'm 28 pounds away from onederland whoop whoop so excited....progress pic attached....
  5. Only 21 days out of surgery and I see a crazy difference
  6. Yeah I learned not to when I went to curves gym they would only let you weigh in once a month lol so I'm trying to stick to it so I can be excited when I go to the doctors
  7. I'm trying not to weigh myself because I don't want to be scale crazy lol I don't want to drive myself crazy if I gain a pound or don't loose anything...
  8. I went for surgery on may 21st weighing 262 and before I started the whole process my highest weight was 271 I am now 241 yayyy me I went to my first follow up appointment yesterday incisions are looking good still a Lil pain and tenderness but I'm doing much better I got clearance to start the gym so I will be going starting next week treadmill and very light lifting probably 5 pounds so hopefully I will be reporting more weight loss I will only weigh in at the doctors it gives more suspense I think lol and something to look forward too...
  9. Thanks yea the gas is a pain are you still swollen and it takes me forever to drink liquids I try to force myself
