Yum Yum Yummy!

Tried beef Jerky for the first time today! And it was a complete success! It was easy to chew, lean, and full of protein! It was even peppered..mmmm! My new favorite snack.

For dinner I had a small cup of shrimp cocktail [minus the shrimp] im not too big on seafood. But the soupy stuff and the veggies...Yummy, too! What a good day, opposed to others where everything makes me sick :)

Sweet

You guys might want to try turkey jerky. I didn't even know there was such a thing until I ran across Pacific Gold Teriyaki Turkey Jerky completely by accident at costco. About the same calories' date=' fat and Protein as beef jerky but much more moist and tender. Amazon has it as well. Very tasty!![/quote']

I went to costco too and found the pacific gold beef jerky....good and tender 14gm of protein per serving :)
