Did I Overdo It?

I am 6 days post op. I have been walking around the yard the past few days. I walked a half mile today. My back hurts a little when I walk always, but I was wondering if it was to much to soon?

I think it' s kind of an individual thing. If you don't feel bad, then I wouldn't worry about it. Kudos to you for doinng it. I really haven't started waalking since I got home and my Dr. doesn't want me on a treaddmill, which I have in my basement or in the swimming pool in my back yard., but I'll get with the program. Good Job!

Well idk my surgeon says he wants me walking the next day & do aerobic exercise no weigh lifting at home.

I would talk to the doctor make sure it's ok. You don't want to hurt your self.
