  4. My first month I lost 23lbs. I am 5'1" and I started at 278. I am 3 months out and have lost 53 lbs
  5. When I had purée I craved sweets bad. I had 1 tsp of peanut butter and it helped. But I limited it to 1 tsp a day of that. I am now 4 months out and not craving as bad. Hope it helps!!
  6. I would call my insurance and see what the deal is. Mine had to be approved before they would even set a date. Hopefully it will be and if so. Good luck and congrats on your new life.

  9. I do not know if it is dumping but you can having dumping syndrome with vomit. I had it with hot dogs pasta sauce and Salisbury steak only I started feeling weak I got really hot and I turned pale. I laid down for about 15 min and was fine. I have never tried them since.

  11. I am 3 months post op as of August 2. I went for my 3 month check up with my surgeon and I have almost lost 53 lbs!! I started at 278 on surgery day. Today I was 225. I can't wait to get below 200. I have never felt better and I can't remember last time I was under 200!! Hopefully I will hit onederland soon!!!

  13. I am 3 months post op and to this day I have depression episodes. Not as bad or often as I did. Just keep your head up and focus on your new life.

  18. I started the gym last week. I usually do at least 30 min on the treadmill and then at least 5 on the elliptical. I am out of shape bad so the elliptical hurts. I am hoping to also walk an hour in the mornings then gym in the evenings.

  23. Okay guys and gals. I have good news. As i posted earlier i have decided to tell every body to either support me or oh well. I'm pressing on. Me and my fiance have had a long talk about he needs to get healthy and i would appreciate his support but if not thats fine. He decided to help and support me and we are joining a gym on Thursday together. It is not a huge gym mostly weights treadmill stationary bike and elliptical.
