New To Forum/ 7 Wks Post Op

Hey everyone I'm new here. Im a little over a month and a half post op and have lost 45 lbs. I'm still on my liquid diet, because I dnt get very hungry very often, and when I do, and I attempt to eat something, I feel like it gets stuck. Did anyone else have this issue? How long typically til food can go down smoothly?

    Welcome to this awesome forum! Wow 45lbs in 7wks sounds awesome to me, congrats! My Sx is tomorrow @11am so I'm about 24hrs close to the main event...I'm so excited! I hope your issues w/food get solve, keep us update ;)

    Hi Sweet, well done. However I hope you can start pureed and soft soon because my surgeon pointed out that weight loss might slow if solids are not started. Liquids tending to go through too fast. So good luck and hope you manage soon.
