Anyone doing yoga?

I am thinking about joining a yoga class and will I see weight lost?

i find if i dont do gentle exercise, walking, swimming, yoga, i stall. you can do very challeging lass, but those are usually for more experienced yoganis.

Yoga is the only thing I've been able to convince myself to do. Its considered aerobic but it doesn't have the same impact as the treadmill. I'm trying to find something more aerobic for my non yoga days but even 50 pds down I can't get motivated to move! Love my yoga though.
