After VSG, what is something you have to help you feel human!

I'm almost 6 weeks post op! My eating options are SO limited right now, there are a couple of things I crave on a daily basis....I LOVE McDonald's Unsweetened Tea w/Splenda. I get a large and sip it over time! It's a lot and I'm getting in plenty of fluids!! (Water makes me vomit, twice last week)

Also I'm loving my Greek yogurt, it's sweet enough to feel like I'm having dessert!! What are your must haves?

I have been digging unsweetened iced tea too, but I get mine from Sonic because I love their ice.

at that stage what i loved to have was peanut butter (only smooth allowed) and unsweetened applesauce which i made myself. Hang in there you'll soon have a lot more options

I had Greek yogurt (Dannon coconut - yum), cottage cheese, Chicken broth (and strained soups when going out), strained cream of mushroom soup, Spice Market iced tea, Starbucks Refreshers (instant) and, of course numerous types of protein shakes.

Oh, I forgot sugar free Popsicles!

I felt human again...when I was able to eat a bite of a scrambled egg & a bite of toast (about 6 weeks out or so)...I am now 6 months out....
